Since 2011, Drs. Khraizat and Bui have performed minimally invasive gynecologic surgeries using the DaVinci Robotic System. This robotic system, which operates under the complete control of the surgeon, confers many advantages over a traditional open incision surgery. These advantages include:
- 3-4 small incisions (the size of your little fingernail) instead of a large horizontal or vertical skin incision
- Shorter hospital stay with patients being discharged home either same day or next day after surgery
- Less risk of adhesions
- Less risk of blood loss and transfusions

The DaVinci system helps our doctors to see the surgical field in 3D and high definition, allowing for more precise and deliberate surgical intervention.
